The company of the Talking Dog Theatre Co.'s first production, William Shakespeare's HAMLET, comprises many of N.Y.C.'s most exciting working actors - actors whose range and talents have brought them to work extensively in the New York theatre scene as well as the top regional, national and international theatres. This production of Shakespeare's masterpiece is being mounted to celebrate these actors.
The production, directed by Benjamin Becker and Al Pagano, focuses on using the skills, instincts, and expertise of the actors to bring this great story alive. We want you, the theatregoer, to go on a journey with us - to care about the characters you are watching and to be completely involved in the story you are being told.
